Way too acidic. I’ve gotta add a ton of milk to be able to stomach it, and in my line of work, you’ve got to go through a friggin’ pot per day to get through the day.
It seems like Bruegger’s is struggling to obtain an identity… the locations i have visited never seem to get any better than average at whatever they serve, from bagels to sandwiches to salads to, of course, coffee.
Coffee is the main thing i would go to any bagel shop for and, in the case of Bruegger’s, i would only go if absolutely necessary (such as if it were the only joint that’s walking distance from my work and i have to be back from my break in 15 minutes). Occasionally i hazard one from Circle K. Dare i say, sometimes it’s a toss-up.
