How it works: Put regular grind coffee in the inner grounds holder, no need to pack it too tightly. The grounds holder is full of little holes so that water can boil up from the bottom and percolate up over and into the top liquid containing half. This boiling occurs as pressure builds up from the bottom and is pushed up through the grounds.
