A Story About Starbucks Chai

December 30th, 2008 · No Comments · Coffee

About six years ago, back when I was enrolled at ASU, Starbucks Chai helped me to minimize the time I spent sleeping so I could maximize time spent doing anything else. Also, part of my strategy for collegiate success involved putting projects off until the last possible moment. This wasn’t laziness, mind you, it was utilizing my time as strategically and efficiently as possible.

One night, I was tucking myself in when suddenly I remembered a project that was due the next day… and I hadn’t even started it. The situation wasn’t too bad, though — only a twenty-plus page research project that would account for 45% of my grade. I was tempted to panic, but then I remembered Starbucks Chai.

A long story short — after three Venti Chai’s and a ten hours of frantic keyboard punishment my 24 page project was complete. Since I ended up getting an “A” in that class, I propose that Starbucks Chai get an “A+”

The End.
