My recent, wintery stop into Einstein’s Bagels was pleasant as usual.

They were using up the last of their Winter Blend

Their description: “A distinctive mix of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. Warm and cozy for crisp winter days.”

I usually go for the Neighborhood Blend.

Their description: “Our signature blend: balanced, medium-bodied and mellow. Roasted to a light nutty brown.”

Mellow indeed; that’s what I love about it.
