Here is a picturesque, mountainside Starbucks located in Flagstaff, Arizona (on Highway 89).
I had an extremely pleasant visit to Starbucks last week — partly because of the weather and the view (typical of Flagstaff) and partly because of the dependably great Pike’s Place they had on tap.
Christmas Blend and Pike’s Place are my two favorite Starbucks blends. Pike’s Place in particular seems to carry itself with a perfect balance of strength, poise and personality.
Oooh, look, there’s still snow! (we don’t see much of this in Phoenix). I was tempted to play in it, but I didn’t want to spill my carefully doctored cup o’ Joe. Oh well, maybe next year…
