Walmart’s House Blend Coffee is not the chocolaty delight that their French Roast is. The flavor isn’t exactly bad, just flat. It’s an average light roast, average low acidity. It doesn’t come off as sour either, which is a fundamental plus for any pre-ground retail coffee.
If Peet’s pre-ground bagged coffee is an ‘A’ and Dunkin Donuts bagged coffee is a ‘C’, then Walmart’s House Blend get’s a ‘B-.’
It’s a decent deal for the money ($6.00 for 12 ounces).
