Picked up this Arabic coffee from the local food market. I honestly can’t tell if it has a brand name, though I’m pretty sure the wording on the front means “Bosnian Coffee” (Bosanka Kafa). Distributor: Vispak.

I don’t much care for the boiled style so, even though this is a Turkish grind (extra fine) I opted for making it in my usual fashion, via Mr. Coffee, (which would also allow me to get out the door in time for work).
The flavor is decent, though I think it might have been sitting for a while there on the shelf. Not too dark, as you can tell the picture above, which I appreciate. Not too acidic either. Vague woody flavor.
It’s good enough to finish the bag, though probably not good enough for me to consider buying again. It might be better boiled, Arabic style, so maybe I’ll try it that way next time (later).
