It has taken me a while to appreciate lighter, citrusy coffees.  For the longest time I have preferred super-dark coffees that are cooked to the point that their personalities (if they had any to begin with) are blasted away.

Here is an ad for Volkswagon&#8217;s new &#8220;cleaner diesel.&#8221;  I include this because they use coffee filters to measure which diesel engine runs cleaner.  At the end of the experiment they make coffee with the soiled filters for added effect&#8230; one of the guys (apparently) thought he would have to drink it.
