It has taken me a while to appreciate lighter, citrusy coffees.  For the longest time I have preferred super-dark coffees that are cooked to the point that their personalities (if they had any to begin with) are blasted away.
Coffees such as Java City&#8217;s Café Del Corazon, however, have helped me transition into loving lighter coffees.
