Behold my new creation: the Bailey’s Latte Delight.
Ingredients:

2 oz. espresso
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Steamed milk
Teaspoon brown sugar
Whipped cream
Cinnamon sprinkle

Mysterious Turkish Coffee (Vispan, I think)

Picked up this Arabic coffee from the local food market.  I honestly can’t tell if it has a brand name, though I’m pretty sure the wording on the front means “Bosnian Coffee” (Bosanka Kafa).  Distributor: Vispak.

Coffee Machine Maintenance

The most common (and inexpensive) way to clean your coffee maker’s insides: Pour equal parts water and white vinegar into your coffee maker’s water reservoir. Run it through one cycle (with no grounds obviously). Rinse and repeat on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
