Above is a Tully’s Cafe, located in a Fry’s Food and Drug, on McClintock and Guadalupe Road. Before today, I had never heard of a Tully’s Cafe. It would appear that Fry’s is tryint to diversify with Tully’s the same way that Safeway is trying to diversity with Starbucks.

I mention Starbucks a lot because they’re such a dominant player in the coffee industry. But, when in doubt, I go for anything by Tully’s. I could enjoy their Columbia blend, for example, from morning till night.
Since it’s a “brighter” blend, it’s meant for morning, which is a good idea as well.

Tully’s Breakfast blend is consistently pleasant. Bright, but not to acidic. Wakes you up, but doesn’t throw you into a nervous breakdown.
